The Quik Mix Pro series of automated mudjacking units carry, mix and pump material automatically.  With a Quik Mix Pro, you will cut shoveling, eliminate extra manpower, and mix material as fast as it can be pumped. 

The versatile volumetric mudjacking unit can be built to fit any size truck; CDL, non-CDL, or tandem axle trucks. Standard slabjacking material hopper sizes are 5, 6, 8 and 10 cubic yards. Options include a 10 cubic yard per hour pump attachment, a PTO power source, pry bar holder and hose holders.  With the Quik Mix Pro, mixing is no longer the slowest part of the concrete leveling process.

The labor-saving Quik Mix Pro Mudjacking Unit includes a material hopper, cement hopper, twin shaft mixer, swing-out pump carriage to hold your HMI mud pump (grout pump), and a 200-gallon water tank.  Choose either a 30 HP Kohler engine or PTO power source.  Large tool boxes are mounted on each side of the hopper truck for all the odds and ends you need to complete a concrete leveling job.

The volumetric Quik Mix Pro is designed to carry mudjacking material and mudjacking equipment, discharge the material and cement into a mixer, and mix it in one easy step.  The specially designed sides of the hopper and wide belt make it difficult for slabjacking material to bridge. 

The variable belt speed and discharge gate make it easy to put just the right amount of concrete leveling material into the mixer.  Two specially designed water ports allow the correct amount of water to be added to the mix for the correct consistency needed for concrete raising.

Also available is the Quik Mix Pro Trailer Volumetric Mudjacking Unit.  This fifth-wheel trailer is built to be pulled by a pickup truck.  This allows your business to have a trailer dedicated to concrete leveling versus an entire vehicle.  This trailer unit is powered by a 30 HP Kohler engine and has a 5 cubic yard material hopper, cement hopper, twin shaft mixer, and two 100 gallon water tanks. The mudpump (grout pump) is carried on the top of the trailer for easy off loading when you arrive at your concrete raising job.
